It is obtained from the marrow bones of animals fed with natural grasses in the plateaus of Anatolia. It is kept in rock salt in the refrigerator for 1 night and then baked in the oven.
It is cooked for 35 hours at 75oC below boiling temperature, without any additives, preservatives, thickeners or colorants. Naturally farmed vegetables are added a few hours before the end of the cooking process.
We sterilize our jars and fill them with the marrow bone broth, which is prepared with the most natural and healthiest methods, using the vacuum method.
Ingredients: Veal shin bone with marrow, drinking water, apple cider vinegar, rosemary, bay leaf, celery stalk, fresh thyme, carrot, onion, leek-celery stalk depending on the season, garlic.
