How will you drink it? How long will it take to drink it?
Drinking bone marrow broth directly is much more beneficial.
-We recommend a 1-month cure. The amount an adult should take every day is 230 ml. (You can divide our 660 ml jar into three days)
-Heat the marrow water that you have divided by eye in a cezve and remove it from the stove before it boils.
-Do not add water and make sure to squeeze lemon into it. This is important for increasing protein absorption. (Since it does not contain salt, you can add any spices you want, such as spring onions or small pieces of avocado)
- Be especially careful to drink it on an empty stomach. The meal you will benefit the most from is in the morning. We recommend that you take it as breakfast. You can't have breakfast anyway because of its filling feature.

Keep 8 of them in the freezer and 2 in the refrigerator.
Apply one of these every week to your scalp and hair, massaging for 10 minutes, when it reaches a creamy consistency at room temperature.
Wrap your hair with plastic wrap and leave it on for 40 minutes to 2 hours.
Rinse your hair with warm water in the shower. Then wash it with shampoo.
