Einkorn wheat, which has survived from 10,000 years ago to the present day, is produced by farmers in Kastamonu villages using traditional methods without requiring any fertilizer or pesticide support due to its structure.
Einkorn wheat is cleaned, boiled, dried and cleaned repeatedly by removing its hull in a stone mill. It takes its place on our tables as a whole grain, preserving the bran and germ that give it its flavor.
